Beautifully refurbished holiday accommodation in Brittany, this recently renovated Breton farmhouse is situated 45 minutes from the old fortified town of St Malo, the ferry terminal and lovely beaches. The Stunning Northern Brittany coastline with sandy beaches,rock pools and fantastic scenery is a 30 min car drive to the nearest beach, with many others to explore. The medieval town of Dinan with its superb architecture and bustling market is a must, and only 40 mins drive.

Le Cleneuf is ideal for a quiet, rural, Holiday Cottage, with its tranquil scenery and loads of space for the kids to run around. Locally we are just a 10 minute walk or a 1 minute journey in the car brings you to the village of Langourla with a bakery, 3 bars and, churches a lake with fishing and a covered quarry for music festivals and celebrations. In the middle of August the village holds an annual Jazz festival with international line up and artists from around the world. This is usually a 3 day event mainly for Jazz enthusiasts, however the atmosphere is great for everyone involved.

Superbly positioned right in the heart of the French countryside, yet within easy access to towns, cities, ports, coastline, beaches, lots of places of historic interest to visit, or plenty of superstores and markets if you like shopping.
We are positioned in an acre of land overlooking the French countryside and the beautiful forest of Boquen (very private and tranquil).

Holiday Accommodation in Brittany

Our holiday cottages in Brittany have accommodation on three floors, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a full size bath, 3 showers and a baby bath.

• Bedroom 1 has a double bed with cot
• Bedroom 2 has a double bed with small childs bed
• Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds
• Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds
• Bedroom 5 has 1 single and 2 bunk beds

All beds are suitable for adults we do not have fold down beds or bed settees.

All rooms have exposed beams and are renovated to a very high standard; the farmhouse is furnished with a mixture of beautiful pine and traditional Breton furniture.

The main living room boasts a stone feature fireplace with wood burner and a timber spiral staircase leading to the 1st and 2nd floors.
The farmhouse kitchen / dining area is fully equipped with an 8 burner double oven range gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave, all for your convenience.
There is a large pine farmhouse table to seat 8 and a 2nd table to seat 4 with a high chair for baby.

Holiday Cottages near the coast

Our beautifully situated holiday accommodation near Dinan is south facing, with terraces to the front and rear, lots of parking and private areas to relax and let the kids run free.
Outside seating is provided for dining / barbeques with lawned and gravelled areas.

Around our exquisite holiday accommodation in Brittany, the quiet country roads are superb for bike rides and horse riding. We have a selection of bicycles and children's outdoor play equipment that you are welcome to use at no extra cost. However, usage is entirely at your own risk.
Local horse and pony rides are available within a short walking distance.

We have British TV, HiFi, CD and DVD player facilities; bed linen is included (not towels). The village has a bakery, mini mart, restaurant, 3 bars and 3 churches.
There is a lake providing fishing and an outdoor covered quarry for Breton dancing and music festivals.
Locally there are 3 swimming pools.

• High : £600
• Peak : £700

High and Peak Season change-over days are Saturday-Saturday.
